La Bastide du Cèdre is located in the authentic village of Tresserre, surrounded by vineyards and mountains in the heart of Catalan country, in the immediate vicinity of its 11th century church and its market square.

The house has:

• 4 bedrooms including a master suite with an adjoining children's bedroom (small bed, baby bed) and an office
• 4 double beds, two single beds and two baby beds
• 2 bathrooms (bathtub and two showers) and three toilets
• a spacious living room on the ground floor of 90 m2 with its authentic kitchen area, opening onto a beautiful terrace of 80 m2 shaded by a century-old cedar tree.
• The house benefits from a magnificent garden of over 700m2 and a terrace of over 80m2 with an unobstructed view of the Albères and the Mediterranean on the horizon.

The house has many amenities, fiber internet and wifi (164 cm airplay TV with surround sound system, games consoles, washing machine and dryer, ironing...)

Ideal for moments with family or friends.
Many toys for all ages: Lego, Playmobil, board games, game consoles, books and comics... are available.
Babies are welcome: Cots are available, as well as changing tables and high chairs. For children's safety, the pool has a submerged roller shutter; don't forget to close it for the safety of your little ones.

Ideal for remote working : a desk and screens are available upon request. The house has fiber optic internet for an ideal connection for work or any other activities (game consoles, connected TV, Netflix, Prime, Canal+, etc.).

Ideal in winter to enjoy the mild temperatures and be close to the Pyrenees ski resorts. (The first ski resorts are 1 hour 15 minutes away). Enjoy Collioure 20 minutes away, escape for the day to Barcelona.

Ideal in spring and summer to enjoy the pool and the surrounding area with all the rich and varied activities offered by the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. In summer, the house remains quite cool, especially on the bedroom levels which overlook the cedar, garden and pool. Each room is equipped with reversible air conditioning. For outdoor activities, a ping pong table and Babington accessories are at your disposal.
You can also enjoy the summer kitchen for barbecue.

Ideal for all sports activities : cycling and mountain biking, with numerous trails starting from the house. France's leading padel tennis club is 15 minutes away (contact us for reservations). All mountain and water sports around the sea.

Ideal if you have an electric car : to make your trips in an electric car easier, a Tesla charging station is available in the garage. Very convenient upon arrival, during your stay and before departure.
For parking, you have a private parking space at your disposal, otherwise numerous free spaces are available in the residence.

Also ideal for a family get-together at Easter or Christmas , we can also provide you with a superb new villa and its annex, depending on availability, which will allow you to sleep up to 14 people and 2 additional beds. (In Vives, 15 minutes from Tressere).

Easy to access (5 minutes from the highway):

• 25 minutes from Perpignan airport (and its daily return flights to Paris and other destinations)
• 15 minutes from Céret (with its many cultural activities) 25 minutes from Collioure,
• 30 minutes from Banyuls and the magnificent beaches of Torreilles,
• 50 minutes from the first ski resorts
• 10 minutes from Spain and 1 hour 40 minutes from Barcelona.
